THE ENLIGHTENED THINKER
Every day,
we hear stories that make our hearts heavy. Stories liberalism of
pain, fear, and deep injustice. When a young woman is harmed, when her
dignity is taken, when she cries for help, we all feel the sadness. We
feel the anger. We feel the fear that iberali this could happen
to any of us, or to someone we love.
These are
not small events. They show us that we live in a society where people
are not truly safe. They show us a system that cannot protect our honour.
The case of the 27-year-old woman is not only a crime. It is a mirror. It shows
the danger of a lifestyle built on alcohol, nightlife, mixed settings, and late-night
outings.
These
things come from a secular way of life. They push people away from the rules of
Allah swt). They create places where harm can happen easily. They weaken
the protection that Islam gives to every man and woman. In this case, the
victim drank alcohol, went to a nightclub, stayed out late, and slept in a
place with non-mahram men.
The system
tells us that this is "normal," "fun," and
"modern." But when harm comes, the same system acts surprised.
The truth is simple: a non-Islamic lifestyle brings non-Islamic
problems. And a non-Islamic system cannot stop them. The secular system
teaches freedom without limits. It teaches enjoyment without
responsibility. It teaches that men and women can mix anywhere, at any time,
without rules. But Islam teaches protection, dignity, and clear limits. Allah
swt warns us: "Do not go near adultery. It is truly a shameful deed
and an evil way." (TMQ S17 V32).
This verse
tells us something important: Islam does not wait for the harm to happen.
Islam blocks the path to harm. But the system we live under opens the path.
Alcohol is also part of the problem. Many crimes happen when people are drunk.
Islam closes this door completely: "O believers! Intoxicants, gambling,
idols, and drawing lots for decisions are all evil of Satan's
handiwork" (TMQ S5 V90).
But the
system allows alcohol everywhere. And then society wonders why crimes
happen. Islam protects honour strongly. The Prophet s.a.w said: "Verily,
your lives, your property, and your reputations have been made sacred to
you." (Muttafaqun Alayhi). Today we see that man-made law cannot
truly protect honour.
It acts
only after the harm is done. It cannot prevent the harm. O Muslims, this case
is a warning. It tells us that we cannot live safely under a system that doesnot
follow Allah swt's rules. We must think deeply. We must see the truth clearly.
Only Islam protects dignity. Only Islam closes the doors to harm. Only Islam
brings safety, purity, and justice. Let us open our eyes and stand for the way
of life that Allah swt chose for us.
