Our hearts
bleed. For nearly a century, the blessed land of Palestine has been sold, piece
by piece, by hands that once claimed to bear the banner of Islam. This is not a
political tragedy, it is an Ummah-wide betrayal. Every drop of blood shed,
every inch of land occupied, began with treachery.
It began
when rulers, agents of the colonial powers, disobeyed Allah swt and conspired
with the enemies of Islam. They surrendered what Allah swt had sanctified, violating
the clearest of commands. They call this "peace." They call it
"diplomacy." But Allah swt calls it treason.
The
"two-state solution" is not a solution, it is submission. It is a
Western designed scheme to legitimise occupation, divide the Ummah, and erase
the Islamic obligation to liberate what is sacred. Behind this project lies the
same kufr order that carved our lands, dismantled our unity, and placed agents
upon our necks.
Britain
planted the Zionist entity. America sustains it, while the rulers of the Muslim
lands, guardians of foreign interests, protect it through silence,
normalisation, and treaties of betrayal. They have sold not just soil, they
have sold honour, dignity, and obedience to Allah swt. The matter is not
complex. It is as the scholars of 1935 declared with one voice:
"Selling any part of Palestine to the Jews is haram." To aid, remain silent, or accept it, is haram. Their fatwa was not political. It was Qur'anic. It was final. In Islam, the land of Palestine is a trust belonging to Allah swt and His Ummah. It cannot be sold, gifted, or surrendered to disbelievers.
Allah swt says: "and never will Allah give the disbelievers over the believers a way [to overcome them]." (TMQ S4 V141). And the Prophet s.a.w said: "A Muslim is the brother of a Muslim. He does not wrong him nor hand him over (to the enemy)." (Sahih Muslim). Every treaty that recognises the Zionist entity is invalid in the sight of Allah swt. Every ruler who signs it betrays the Deen and the Ummah.
The land does not belong to kings or presidents, it
belongs to the Muslims, past and future. We cannot accept this as
"reality." We cannot speak of "solutions" drawn by those
who waged war on Islam. Our duty is clear: Expose every attempt to normalise
the occupation. Reject the false legitimacy of kufr treaties. Revive within ourselves
the conviction that Palestine is an Islamic trust that must be restored only under
the rule of Islam.
This is not nationalism. It is obedience to Allah
swt. It is the continuation of the stance of the 1935 scholars who refused to
bow to colonial power or worldly gain. Let every Muslim reflect deeply: If
those before us risked their lives to preserve the sanctity of this land, how
can we accept its sale today under the language of "peace" and
"recognition"?
Our silence is complicity. Our voice must be truth.
Our loyalty must be to Allah swt alone. Allah swt's promise is certain:
"And verily we have written in the Scripture, after the Reminder: My
righteous slaves will inherit the earth:" (TMQ S21 V105). May Allah swt
make us of them.
